Parish Registration

We are conducting a parish census. Please, fill out the parish census form and place it in the drop box located in the parish vestibule. The registration form is available for download below or you can obtain it at the church. Your information is confidential and will not be shared outside the parish office. Tax donation letters for each year are available for pick up by the end of January in the new year.
